Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using API Melody (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Service

API Melody provides an integration layer that connects your systems, runs workflows between them, and applies protective controls to inbound requests. The Service is currently offered in test mode; features and limits are described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for the credentials you store and the activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to send data you have no right to send, or to disrupt the Service or other tenants.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing page (GHS via Paystack, USD via Stripe). A failed payment enters a grace period before any downgrade; your data is never deleted on downgrade — over-limit resources are paused and restored on re-upgrade. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided “as is” during test mode. To the extent permitted by law, API Melody is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes & contact
