Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data (your email and organization), the connections, workflows and runs you create, and technical signals we need to operate and secure the Service (such as request metadata). Credentials you store are encrypted.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, run your workflows, protect inbound requests, bill your plan, and support you. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors

We use infrastructure and payment processors to run the Service — including Cloudflare (hosting/edge), Paystack and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Security

Stored credentials are encrypted, tenants are isolated, and inbound requests pass through Shield. No system is perfectly secure, but we design to minimize exposure — for example, secrets are never sent to AI features.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the Ghana Data Protection Act and, where relevant, the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Retention & contact

We keep your data while your account is active and as required to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. Questions or requests: privacy@apimelody.com.
